Description

Full-time, permanent position managing implementation of  ERP system with ongoing responsibilities to include managing system enhancements, developing / maintaining employee training, on-boarding new hires, and troubleshooting
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the company’s business goals in collaboration with executive management
Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones
Effectively communicate project timelines to executive management, implementation team members and employees
Manage ERP vendor relationship, schedules and deliverables
Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Determine and assess need for additional resources if necessary during project lifecycle
Develop and deliver progress reports, training documents and presentations
Proactively manage changes to project and devise contingency plans
Act as liaison between end users and ERP vendor to continuously improve processes and efficiencies, and identify and resolve issues

Qualifications

  • BA in Business or Information Technology
  • Minimum two years experience in ERP implementation in a project management capacity
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting, systems administration, materials management, manufacturing processes
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Detailed-oriented and organized
