  • Manage and follow up on First Aid / Workers Compensation injury reports including respond to all Workers Compensation inquiries including reports such as C-2, C-11 and C-240 forms to NYSIF
  • Compile and file annual OSHA reports
  • Phone screen prospective candidates and schedule interviews
  • Administer and review applicant tests
  • Maintain inventory of employee uniforms and reconcile uniform invoices for all CPC facilities
  • Assist with on-boarding including new hire paperwork
  • Assist Human Resources with additional projects as needed


  • The successful candidate must be a recent graduate with a BA/BS or MS degree in HR, Organization Psych or similar:
  • Some work experience in an Human Resources Department as an intern or full-time
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter and self-directed; able to work independently on assigned projects
  • Planning, organization, and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs including Excel and Word
