Description

Provide support to all production departments, including assist with training on company SOPs
Enter deductions for all batches (commercial, R&D, and IP)
Printing of manufacturing labels, including: in-process labels and bulk labels for ship out; create permanent labels as requested (IP, bulk, R&D, sample, etc.)
Assist batch processes, including issuance of commercial, X-batches, IP and R&D product batches
Enter all in-process-to-manufactured transfers into Alphalan system
Provide support to Document Control, Account Services, R&D and Validation Departments
Maintain supply of visitor lab coat and goggles in anticipation of customer visits
Issue CPC badges to visitors and contractors; monitor badge return
Transfer all accounting paperwork daily
Coordinate supply inventory and ordering with Purchasing Department
Perform administrative support (data entry, general filing, telephone coverage, and inter-office mail)
Cover front desk, when necessary; greet and manage all walk-in traffic (job applicants, vendors, scheduled visitors) along with general telephone correspondence
Support HR Functions including administering pre-interview testing and creating new hire packets
Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by Senior Management

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • · Minimum one year work experience required
  • · 2 years work experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred
  • · Bachelors degree preferred
  • · Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • · Knowledge of MS Office
  • · Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • · Motivated, detailed-oriented, organized, extremely personable and professional
